The Ulysses Club Inc AGM Event is the main club event for the year, and we need your help as a Volunteer.
The 2018 Ulysses AGM Event will be held from the 7th to the 13th of May at the Riverside Field Day Site at Barmera, South Australia.
As you will appreciate, an event such as this cannot run smoothly without the support of our members attending the event. We estimate that Ulysses Club members will work over 10,000 Volunteer hours over the event, not just the event week itself, but also setting up the site during the week before, and assisting with the clean-up in the few days following the end of the event.
There are a number of different areas where you can help us over the course of the event. These are:

- Commemorative Merchandise
- Event HQ/Information
- Grand Parade
- First Aid
- Parcel Pickup and Laundry
- Gear Shop
- Ride Leader
- Volunteer Centre
- Site Control/Gates
- Ride Info/Booking Desk
If you are a first-time volunteer and are looking for some ideas about the sorts of work that you might be asked to do, click on VOLUNTEER TASKS. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list, but is designed to assist you to identify the area in which you might like to work.
Please use the on-line registration form to register as a volunteer, or if you prefer, you can use the form that is inserted in the Riding On magazine.
Also note that all volunteers are required to undertake a short Induction Course (approximately 1 hour) before they undertake any volunteer duties on the AGM Site. These courses will be run several times a day for your convenience.
